Shoes

01 Jun, 2009

Try not to cut budget on shoes. You will be wearing them for several hours, and perhaps dancing in them. Know what style of shoe is normally most comfortable for you and consider that when buying your wedding shoes. Your feet may swell so make sure there is room in the shoe. Buy your shoes well in advance so that you can walk around indoors with them on – wear them in so to speak. This will alert you to any ‘pinching’ of toes, and will make them much more comfortable on the day. A very slippery leather sole may need to be scoured with a knife or heavy-duty steel-wool to prevent any slipping down the aisle!
