Don’t try to get a quick tan suddenly for the wedding day. Artificial tans should be tried out months in advance. Real tans should be sensibly worked on for several months prior to the wedding day. Avoid any changes to the sun routine. And a good rule is to avoid the sun, or sunbed sessions at least a week before the big day.
Don’t make any drastic hair changes in the week prior to the wedding. The effort to repair a botched colour or perm is stress you could well do without.
